Cooking demonstrations can be organised with our chef Eric Snaith, who can explain the type of food that he has a passion for. This is entirely flexible and can be to teach people about the cutting edge techniques of molecular gastronomy through to dishes that you and your guests will be able to reproduce in your own homes.
Eric can provide a demonstration at dinner parties, allowing your guests to witness cooking techniques prior to dining or throughout the meal, examples of this include;
• Preparation and cooking of lobsters
• Opening of oysters
• Organic salmon tartare with liquid nitrogen yogurt sorbet
• Sauces, salsas and dressings
• Beef tartare, liquid nitrogen parmesan ice cream
This is designed to be a very informal event, allowing a dialogue between Eric and your guests, with the food and techniques simulating discussion and interaction throughout the experience.
If you would like Eric to attend your canapé party he can produce a selection of the canapés in front of your guests, who can of course ask plenty of questions!
